"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday night. They told me on the phone how to shut it off, came out Monday morning, and had a new one in by the afternoon."
"The old tank was in the garage and we wanted to know if tankless made sense. They went through both honestly, including what tankless would need, and we went with a new tank. Clean install, old one gone the same day."

Questions
What people ask before they book
How much does a new water heater cost?
It depends on your home: tank or tankless, gas or electric, the size your household needs, where it's installed, and whether the hookups need changes to meet code. We don't guess over the phone. After a free visit you get a written price, and that's the price unless you ask us to add something.
Should I get a tank or a tankless water heater?
A tank heater stores hot water and is usually the simpler swap for what you have now. A tankless unit heats water as you use it, takes up less space, and won't run out the way a tank can, but it may need changes to your gas line, venting or electrical service, and it needs regular flushing to clear mineral buildup. We'll look at your home and tell you which makes sense.
How fast can you come out?
Call us and we'll give you the earliest time we have, and we'll tell you straight if it isn't today. If the old tank is leaking, we'll walk you through turning off the water and the gas or power to it so you're not dealing with more water while you wait.
