What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Who we are
homeserviceguild.com is operated by SRALL LLC, doing business as Early Media Group ("we" or "us"), 10245 North Allwood Terrace, Citrus Springs, FL 34434. This policy explains how we handle the information you share with us on this site.
2. What we collect
Your free business score. When you take the score, you give us your name, your business website, your trade, your answers to the questions, and the software you use to run your jobs. Your score is worked out in your own browser. None of it is sent to us unless you ask us to email you your results.
When you ask for your results by email. We save your email address together with your name, website, trade, answers, and scores so we can send you your results and follow up with you.
When you book a consultation. Bookings are made through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, which collects the name, email address, and any details you enter when you pick a time.
When you email us. We keep your message and your email address so we can reply.
Information stored in your browser. The site remembers the trade you picked and your latest score in your own browser, so the consultation page can greet you with it. This stays on your device.
Analytics and advertising measurement. We use Google Tag Manager to run Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity on this site. Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through the pages, so we can see what is hard to use and improve it. These tools use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you visit, how you found the site, your approximate location, your device and browser, and whether you took an action such as finishing the free business score or booking a consultation. We use this to understand which pages and ads bring owners to us, to measure our ads on Google, Facebook, and Instagram, and to see what to improve.
Standard server records. Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit.
3. How we use it
We use your information to send you your results, reply to you, prepare for your consultation, follow up about our services, and measure which pages and ads are working. We do not use it for anything you would not reasonably expect.
4. Cookies and your choices about them
Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity set cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and blocking them will not stop you from using the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, you can control the ads Google shows you in My Ad Center, and you can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
5. Email
We manage contacts and send email through Brevo. Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe, and when you use it we stop.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site and our communications: Cloudflare (website hosting), Brevo (email and contacts), Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and consultation booking), Meta (the Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ad measurement), and Microsoft (Clarity, how visitors use the pages). They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
7. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel and Google Ads measurement on this site can count as "sharing" for advertising under California law, and you can opt out of that as described below. To make a request, use the contact details below.
Your privacy choices
You can turn off advertising tracking on this site in two ways. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal (built into browsers such as Firefox and Brave, and available as an add-on for others), we treat it as an opt-out automatically. Or use the button below, which opts out this browser on this device. Either way, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads measurement stop running for you here. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity keep counting visits without advertising cookies, so we can still see which pages people use.
Advertising tracking on this browser: on.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide what you asked for and to run our business, or as long as the law requires, and then we delete it.
9. Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
11. Contact
Questions or requests about your information? Book a time through our contact page, or reply to any email we have sent you.
