About
Robert Earl
Co-founder of Home Service Guild
Robert Earl has spent his working life on the side of a business that has to make the phone ring. For more than twenty years he sold real estate with Keller Williams, owned three offices, and led a top-producing team in Northern Virginia, in Charlottesville, and in the St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Tampa area. His peers elected him six times to the Keller Williams International Associate Leadership Council, he coached large agent teams across the country as a MAPS coach, and as a market center team leader he returned a struggling office to profitability for the first time in eight years.
Real estate taught him that the leads you already have are worth more than the ones you are chasing. His teams grew on systems, with every inquiry answered, every past client kept in touch with, and every referral thanked. As he puts it, "When you care enough about service, you create a system." Over those years he hired, worked beside, and sent business to companies in every trade on this site, so he has seen home service work from the homeowner's side of the door and from the partner's side of the deal.
He has run operations as well, managing campgrounds and RV resorts, putting in the reservation and point-of-sale systems that run them, and training the teams that use them. He served in the United States Air Force Presidential Honor Guard, is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and Georgia, and holds current Google certifications in Google Ads Search, Conversion Optimization, and Google Analytics.
Today he and his wife, Stacy Earl, run Home Service Guild together, and he writes the articles on this site.
