How much does Housecall Pro setup cost?

Hiring Home Service Guild to set up Housecall Pro costs $2,250, $3,950 or $7,500, one time, depending on the package. Your Housecall Pro subscription is separate. You pay it to Housecall Pro directly, about $189 to $780 a month, depending on the plan and add-ons the package needs.

Not sure where your account stands? We go through it with you and show you, stage by stage, where leads, jobs and money are slipping: unread messages, leads with no source, approved jobs that never got scheduled, past-due invoices, payment and texting settings, and QuickBooks sync errors.

You get a written list of what to fix and in what order. If you buy any package within 30 days, the $295 comes off the price.

Account Cleanup

$450

For an account you already use, added to any package. We save a copy of your price book first so nothing is lost. Then we bring your lead sources into one clean list, tidy your tags, fix the QuickBooks sync alerts and clear the backlog.

Old open leads get closed or followed up, approved jobs get scheduled, and past-due invoices get sorted into collect or write off.

Customer and Price Book Import

$750 to $1,500

For owners moving over from another program or from spreadsheets. We clean up your customer list, service addresses and price book, bring them into Housecall Pro and check a sample against the original.

We quote a firm price after we see your file. On the Max plan, Housecall Pro's own team does a basic transfer for free, and we prepare the file and check the result.

Ongoing Monthly Support

$350 a month

For any GROW Core, Connect or Complete client ($395 a month if you only want support). We fix what breaks, set up and train new hires, keep your settings current as Housecall Pro changes, review your weekly numbers with you and handle your yearly price increase.

It is month to month, and you can stop any time.

How much does it cost to have Housecall Pro set up?

What does a Housecall Pro setup include?

Every package covers payments, texting and team logins, lead sources, your price book, online booking, a first reply to every new lead, job checklists, invoices with a pay link, review requests, a full test and team training. The bigger packages add a business phone, AI or live answering, automatic follow-up, memberships and QuickBooks.

Can I set up Housecall Pro myself?

Yes, you can set up Housecall Pro yourself, and every Housecall Pro plan includes live phone and chat support. Hire it out when your team has no time to build and test it, or when your current account stopped at the basics.

Does Housecall Pro set up the account for me?

Housecall Pro lists a dedicated onboarding specialist on its Max plan, for setup guidance and coaching. Every plan lists live phone and chat support. Home Service Guild is a separate company that does the setup work for you on whichever plan your package needs.

Do you work with companies outside Florida?

Yes, Home Service Guild works online with plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other home service companies across the United States.

Are you part of Housecall Pro?

No. Home Service Guild is independent of Housecall Pro. We work for you, inside the Housecall Pro account you pay for, and every setting, template and customer record stays in your name.

Which Housecall Pro plan do we need?

GROW Core and GROW Connect need Essentials or above. The Basic plan only works for a one-person shop. GROW Complete needs Max, because memberships and the stage-by-stage report depend on features Housecall Pro keeps on that plan. We confirm the plan with you on the call before you buy anything.

We already use Housecall Pro. Is this still for us?

Yes. We start from the account you have, keep what works and build out the rest. If years of use have left old leads, unscheduled jobs and messy lead sources behind, add the Account Cleanup to your package. If you aren't sure what your account needs, the $295 Checkup shows you, and it comes off any package you buy within 30 days.

How long does setup take?

A Housecall Pro setup usually takes about 3 weeks for GROW Core, 4 for GROW Connect and 6 for GROW Complete. Outside waits such as carrier approval or moving your phone number can add time, and so can a slow start on the details we need from your team. You get a written plan before any work starts.

Can we start with GROW Core and add more later?

Yes. You can move up to a bigger package later, or add a single item from one, such as the business phone or the full price book. Anything outside your package is quoted at $125 an hour before we start.

Do we have to buy monthly support?

No. Every package is complete without it. Monthly support is $350 a month for package clients and runs month to month. It covers fixes, new hires and the changes Housecall Pro makes to the software.
