We start with how you price now. Some companies charge a flat rate per service. Others price by the hour, by the square foot or by the visit, and many use a mix. We go through your price sheets, recent estimates and invoices with you. We also talk through the jobs where the price depends on what the tech finds.

Housecall Pro's price book holds services, materials, pricing forms, estimate templates and discounts. We build the parts your company uses.

Estimates with more than one option
A Housecall Pro estimate can carry more than one option, each with its own line items and price. The customer picks the option they want to approve. For jobs where you offer a choice, such as good, better and best, we build reusable templates from your price book. Your office does not have to rebuild the same options every time.
Bringing your existing price list over
Housecall Pro can import services and materials from an Excel or CSV file, including categories, descriptions, prices, costs, tax codes and units of measure. We prepare that file with you and clear out old or duplicate items before the import. Training the office and the techs on the price book
We train your office team and your field techs in live online sessions on your own price book. The office learns to build estimates from it and to update prices when they change.
